GSR has long been the wonderful combination of symmetry, angst and longing, encapsulated in Gil Grissom and Sara Sidle. Science geeks and deeply flawed, yet noble individuals, they lingered for many years in the limbo of the 'will-they-wont-they', hinting at their true feelings, sparking off huge amounts of UST and keeping fans on the edge of our respective seats. All along, the devoted fans of GSR knew that GeekLove would eventually be realized - we just don't know when.

Then, in the final seconds of the Season Six finale of CSI, we finally got our confirmation. Sara walked out of her bathroom, dressed in a robe, towards Grissom reclining on their bed. They were a couple. Not only that, but it was clear that this was not a new relationship. 

Two questions remain - when did they finally take the plunge and decide to be together, and where will they go from here...?
